    This is the first book in a new series called Lovers of Ventra. It's a fast-paced and standalone that will keep you engaged from start to finish. There's action, adventure, drama, danger, suspense, twist/turns, enemies, survival, intrigue, humor, conflict, mystery/secrets, surprises, evil, deceit, annoyance, embarrassment, anger, fear, romance, passion/lust and love.
    How do you train an alien cadet who doesn't want to fight? How do you deal with a father who lies about the mission you are on?
    Read to find out what happens. Can't wait to read the next book by this author. I voluntarily reviewed this book and this review is my own opinion.

    Simplistic alien romance story.

    The story is unique enough but left wanting more details.

    All we know about the hero is that he has muscles and that he is GREEN. The heroine makes a big deal that he is green which means the guy on the cover doesn't match the description of the hero.

    The material that is being fought over / protected is really vague and what exactly it can do. I rolled my eyes at the ending.

    This is a decent story to read if you don't want to have to think about what you are reading - a good story between dense standalones / series.

    Rhaeden is an alien who doesn't want to fight and Hali was raised by a military man and knows nothing but fighting. Can two totally opposites have a chance at happiness especially when her father is hell bent on destroying the planet your lover is from. This is a captivating story that will have you from the first page. I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of tis book for an honest review.

    Our heroine, Alex, is assigned to her father’s vessel on the way toward Ventra. Rendezvousing with a Krillux crew, she encounters an intriguing recruit. Raeden has secrets he would like to keep about Ventra. His refusing to fight in training ignites a passion that can topple an entire mission. I enjoyed their story, and would have liked to know the details of Hali’s and Ret’s story. I am voluntarily leaving this review.

    Can Alex and Raeden save the Ventrans and the army of Krillux from Alex's father, Captain McKinley of the spaceship Cordelia? Because of a deal made by Earth, the Krillux army were sent to Ventra to mine a precious ore. They hooked their spaceships together and mingled with the Cordelia crew. Alex meet Raeden when she's assigned to train the new recruits of the Krillux army. Raeden refuses because his people don't believe in fighting. Then he gets put in the advance class which his sparring partner is Alex and he's still relucted and Alex gets mad at him. Feeling bad Alex goes to apologize to Raeden and catches him practicing which brings our two to talk and know each other. When later, Alex hears her father's plot against the Ventran's and the Krillux she goes to Raeden. This was a entertaining read which the female Alex was the strong military women and Raeden was the peace loving man who only fought if he had to. This was a great start to a new series. I volunteer to read and review this ARC.

    I love syfy books, however, this book was just a little too juvenile for my tastes. The entire story was too short. It could have been fleshed out more, given more time to the outcome of Alex's father's betrayal. The properties of the mineral on Ventra and it's possibilities, which were vague to say the least. The dynamic surrounding Alex and Raeden was hot, I can say that at least but I thought the descriptions of them both were rather vague. He was "green" and she was a human. I was just disappointed.

    Alex is the Daughter of the captain of the Cordelia spaceship. They are supposed to be on a mission to mine sustainable energy for Earth. The planet they are heading to is Ventra. Alex's father forms an Alliance with an organization called the Killux. On the way to Ventra the Killux send cadets to the Cordelia. For military training among the cadets is Raeden. He is a sexy green alien from Ventra. When Alex and he meet Raeden is drawn to her! Soon they become very close.
    Alex finds something very shocking about her father! It seems he has an evil plan for this mission! Can Alex and Raeden stop her father's evil plan? Can Alex keep her sexy green Alien?
    You will love this super exciting, thrilling,funny,suspenseful,touching, and scorching hot Alien Romance! It is a five star plus story.

    This is the story of two space craft who join together to help each other. Only the captain of the spaceship is going to springs trap that will kill hundreds including his daughter and her Ventra lover. Who have to work with others to save the planet. I’m not going to spoil the rest only to say it makes good reading
