- Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2013Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseCouldn't believe that this book, written before Rebecca's 2011 spotty romance quality issues come up, was so boring that I tried twice to read it, gave up 1/3 thru, and threw it in the trash. Maybe someone else wrote it!

5.0 out of 5 stars A great story
One brother courted Kit but then she met the other brother Rafe. To keep the peace for the family Kit left and went back home. Rafe finally found her and they realised that nothing was going to heal the family so they might as well be together. Then the unthinkable happened, Rafe was hit in the head whilst driving and had to have an operation. He insisted that Kit married him before the operation. When he came around from that they discovered he had lost his memory. The way back was full of unhappiness but Kit wouldn't let go of her marriage. A must read.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not one of her best
Predictable and not very believable when the amnesia goes away without any hint of a breakthrough. I thought the heroine was a doormat to let her new husband treat her the way he did instead of standing up for herself.
